We all have items in our closet that are in perfect condition but for some reason or another we just don't wear. Maybe it's the wrong size, color or style. Maybe it was too good of a deal to pass up and now you're wondering, "What was I thinking?"
Bring those items to My Sister's Closet and get cash or credit for stuff you actually want to wear! We accept name brand items in near perfect condition and are appropriate for the season (no sweaters in July or shorts in December). We don't take discount store items from the "mart" stores so go ahead and donate those.

We recommend you call ahead to schedule an appointment to consign your items (406-327-0291). Walk-ins can only be accepted if time and space allow. Before your appointment make sure all your items are clean and wrinkle free. You can bring them in on hangers or nicely folded in a laundry basket or box (NO trash bags please).

During your appointment we look through your items and make sure they are something out customers will want to buy. We look for damage, stains, and signs excessive wear. Once we have sorted the items we enter them into our computer inventory system and assign them a price. We generally price items for about 1/4 of what they sold for new.

Once all your items are tagged they go out on the sales floor for 6 weeks. They are full price for the first 5 weeks then they are marked down to 1/2 price for the last  week.
We advertise regularly on radio and TV, accept all major credit cards, and display your items in our clean, well organized store. You get 40% off the selling price.

Collect your cash!
As your items sell, they are tracked by our computer system and your account is automatically credited. You can stop in anytime and pick up the cash you have earned  or use it as credit in the store. If there are any unsold items left after the 6 week consignment period we'll go ahead and donate them for you.
